How to Build your Supershelf™ Single Hanging Garment Bays

Single Sided Bays

TOOLS REQUIRED:
• Soft-faced hammer
• Safety steps (if the bay height exceeds 2 metres)
• We also recommend wearing gloves

(the number of both hanging beams and standard beams depends on the height and type of garment hanging bay - see table below)

*H Beams - Hanging Beams, Std Beams - Standard Beams

	Stand up first end frame.			Connect the two standard beams to the bottom of this first end frame (see the beam clip notes below for more detail). Note that the top side of the beam has a long groove
	Stand up second end frame and connect the other ends of the two standard beams to it.			Connect 1 standard beam to the top of the unit at the back - leave the top front beam off for now (see the beam clip notes below for more detail). Go to step 5a, 5b, 5c or 5d depending on the height of your bay.

	2000mm high Evenly space 3 standard beams down the back of the bay (see the beam clip notes below for more detail).
	2500mm high Evenly space 4 standard beams down the back of the bay (see the beam clip notes below for more detail).
	3000mm high Evenly space 5 standard beams down the back of the bay (see the beam clip notes below for more detail).
	3400mm high Evenly space 6 standard beams down the back of the bay (see the beam clip notes below for more detail).

Go the step 6a, 6b, 6c or 6d depending on the height of your bay.

	2000mm high Install 1 hanging beam just under the top shelf level at the front and 1 hanging beam midway between the top shelf level at the front and 1 hanging beam midway between the top hself level and the bottom shelf level
	2500mm high Depending whether the unit is to be fitted with 2 or 3 hanging levels, install 1 hanging beam just under the top shelf level at the front and either 1 or 2 more hanging beams evenly spaced between the top shelf level and the bottom shelf level.
	3000mm high Install 1 hanging beam just under the top shelf level at the front and 2 more hanging beams evenly spaced between the top shelf level and the bottom shelf level.
	3400mm high Install 1 hanging beam just under the top shelf level at the front and 3 more hanging beams evenly spaced between the top shelf level and the bottom shelf level.

	Connect the remaining standard beam to the top of the unit at the front (see the beam clip notes below for more detail).			Fit one of the panels on to the top beam level.
	Fit one of the panels on to the bottom beam level.			Fit top caps Remember these units always require fixing to the wall or the floor (preferably both) with the correct fixings.
