Pallet Racking for storage of unit or palletised loads

The Metalsistem Superbuild Pallet Racking is designed with all the features and benefits that go to make it a leading brand:

• The 5 hook connectors, 3 hooks in tension and 2 hooks in compression, are welded to the end of each beam creating a strong connection with the upright frame
• Beam adjustability of 50mm enables the system to be designed around your pallet height
• Rapid on site assembly
• A wide range of accessories are available
• Beams are painted in Ral 1004 Yellow for high visibility and extra safety
• The top groove in each beam allows the location of many accessories such as shelf panels, pallet support bars etc.

Frames supplied fully assembled with footplates.  Beams are supplied with 2 safety pins.

These loadings assume that the first beam level is no higher than 1500mm from the floor and that there are at least 3 beam levels in each bay. Frames are also available 1100mm deep.

Anti Collapse Mesh for Rack/Aisle safety The image to the left illustrates the benefit of fixing mesh to the back of the rack that faces onto a pedestrian aisle. These mesh panels protect staff from goods that could fall from the rack if they became accidentally dislodged. You can see that the mesh stands 150mm off the back of the rack to enable the normal storage of pallets with up to 100mm overhang of the supporting yellow beams. Prices for mesh are on application and we recommend this product being fitted by our installation team.
