Mezzanine Floors

Mezzanine floors are raised platforms and normally stand independent of the building structure. Supported by heavy duty steel columns mezzanine floors create additional working or storage space for a wide range of applications:

We can design and install Mezzanine floors to meet the individual customer needs and to any size. Load ratings from 3.5kN/m2 to loadings in excess of 20 kN/m2 can be achieved.

Raised platforms or mezzanines can provide a cost effective alternative to the larger investment of new premises and make best use of available space.

Superbuild Pallet Racking for Warehouse Applications

Pallet Racking is utilised for the storage of unit or palletised loads. The Metalsistem Superbuild Pallet Racking is designed with all the features and benefits that go to make it a leading brand:

• The 5 hook connectors, 3 hooks in tension and 2 hooks in compression, are welded to the end of each beam creating a strong connection with the upright frame
• Beam adjustability of 50mm enables the system to be designed around your pallet height
• Rapid on site assembly

• Beams are painted in Ral 1004 Yellow for high visibility and extra safety
